{"id":230153,"date":"2025-02-08T10:53:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-08T09:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooperamalawi.org\/?p=230153"},"modified":"2026-07-01T12:36:59","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T10:36:59","slug":"neix-cooperamalawi-una-associacio-per-transformar-la-salut-comunitaria-a-malawi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooperamalawi.org\/en\/neix-cooperamalawi-una-associacio-per-transformar-la-salut-comunitaria-a-malawi\/","title":{"rendered":"Neix CooperaMalawi, una associaci\u00f3 per transformar la salut comunit\u00e0ria a Malawi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El passat 8 de febrer de 2025 va tenir lloc l\u2019acte fundacional de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 CooperaMalawi, una iniciativa impulsada per professionals del m\u00f3n sanitari amb l\u2019objectiu de contribuir a la millora de la salut comunit\u00e0ria en contextos amb recursos limitats, especialment a Malawi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta nova entitat neix amb la voluntat de posar el coneixement i l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de professionals de la salut al servei de la poblaci\u00f3 local, establint una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 estreta amb equips sanitaris del territori i promovent un model de cooperaci\u00f3 basat en el treball conjunt i l\u2019intercanvi de coneixement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un projecte amb vocaci\u00f3 transformadora i sense \u00e0nim de lucre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons els estatuts de l\u2019associaci\u00f3, CooperaMalawi t\u00e9 com a finalitat principal millorar la situaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria de la poblaci\u00f3 de Malawi, amb una acci\u00f3 centrada en la medicina comunit\u00e0ria i en el refor\u00e7 de les capacitats locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aconseguir-ho, l\u2019entitat impulsa actuacions com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El treball peri\u00f2dic sobre el terreny en les regions amb m\u00e9s necessitats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La detecci\u00f3 de prioritats en salut comunit\u00e0ria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El desenvolupament d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies de prevenci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019autocura i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La formaci\u00f3 de professionals locals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Totes aquestes accions es duen a terme sota el principi de no lucre i amb una clara orientaci\u00f3 a generar un impacte sostenible en el temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arrelament local i mirada global<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb domicili a Igualada, CooperaMalawi neix a Catalunya per\u00f2 amb una clara vocaci\u00f3 internacional, centrada en donar resposta a les necessitats de salut en zones especialment vulnerables del continent afric\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte s\u2019inscriu dins d\u2019una manera d\u2019entendre la cooperaci\u00f3 que prioritza la continu\u00eftat dels processos assistencials, la proximitat amb les comunitats i la construcci\u00f3 conjunta de solucions adaptades al context local. Aquesta visi\u00f3 es complementa amb el comprom\u00eds d\u2019un equip multidisciplinari que aposta per una cooperaci\u00f3 respectuosa i efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inici d\u2019un recorregut amb impacte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019acte fundacional del 8 de febrer representa el punt de partida d\u2019un projecte que neix de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia directa sobre el terreny i de la necessitat de donar continu\u00eftat a iniciatives de salut comunit\u00e0ria a Malawi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb la seva constituci\u00f3, CooperaMalawi es posiciona com una plataforma per canalitzar esfor\u00e7os professionals, voluntariat i col\u00b7laboracions amb entitats i empreses, amb l\u2019objectiu de generar millores reals en la qualitat de vida de les persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Una invitaci\u00f3 a sumar esfor\u00e7os<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des de la seva creaci\u00f3, CooperaMalawi fa una crida a professionals de la salut, persones volunt\u00e0ries i agents socials a implicar-se en el projecte. L\u2019entitat defensa que la cooperaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una responsabilitat compartida i que cada aportaci\u00f3 contribueix a construir un sistema de salut m\u00e9s equitatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
